Aditi Chaurasia's success story is nothing short of a rollercoaster filled with determination, resilience, and a passion for entrepreneurship. Born in a small town near Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, Aditi's journey began with a rebel spirit and a desire to carve her own path.

In 2009, things took a positive turn when she met Mayank, a friend turned business partner and later, life partner. Encouraged by Mayank to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams, Aditi launched her first venture, Titliyan Creation, a handmade cards portal. Despite its success, she had to shut it down due to personal reasons, facing societal pressures that questioned her choices.

Undeterred by challenges, Aditi navigated through various jobs while harboring a strong desire to tread the entrepreneurial path. The turning point came when, with Mayank's technical skills and support, they co-founded 'EngineerBabu,' an IT services company specializing in website and mobile application development.

In the early days, Aditi kept her work under wraps, but EngineerBabu flourished into a team of 50, earning Aditi recognition at prestigious platforms like Rajasthan Startup Fest, Startup Conclave in Nepal, and Women Tech Makers by Google. Media outlets such as Cosmopolitan and Asian Entrepreneur featured her accomplishments.

Aditi's success journey wasn't without hurdles. She faced judgment and societal expectations, but she stood firm. Even as she received leadership awards and accolades, she longed for support from her close ones. Eventually, her parents, after seeing an article featuring their daughter, began to understand and appreciate her spirited and fearless entrepreneurial journey

With EngineerBabu thriving, Aditi didn't stop there. She ventured into Supersourcing, a startup focused on revolutionizing the hiring process for global businesses. Supersourcing, co-founded by Aditi and Mayank in 2019, employs an AI-enabled platform for screening processes, connecting global talent providers with companies seeking top remote engineering talent.

Aditi's passion for promoting the startup ecosystem and the technology revolution in Madhya Pradesh led her to start various communities, including Supersourcing Community for IT agencies, Indore Startups Community, and Startup Grind Indore Chapter. She also initiated She Connects to promote women in tech.

Her contributions have not gone unnoticed, as reflected in the awards and recognitions she has received, including the Dainik Bhaskar Women Pride Award 2018, Rajiv Gandhi Icon Awards 2022, and CEO of the Year from the HR Association of India.
